1. Overview

At Spryxellxit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of PurePlant Harmony. This Return Policy outlines our voluntary return conditions and how we meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Your statutory rights under the CGA are not limited by this policy.

2. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

If you are a "consumer" under the CGA (buying for personal or household use), the Act guarantees that our goods are of acceptable quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, match their description, and comply with any sample or demonstration. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund for faults (we may choose repair or replacement for minor failures; for substantial failures you may reject the goods and obtain a refund)
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss resulting from the failure

These rights apply regardless of any voluntary "change of mind" or goodwill policy we offer. We will not contract out of the CGA in relation to consumers.

3. Voluntary Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)

The following applies to returns that are not based on a fault or failure to meet the Consumer Guarantees (e.g. change of mind).

3.1 Time Frame

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted under this voluntary policy. This does not affect your CGA rights for faulty goods.

3.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Not expired or close to expiration date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.3 Non-Returnable Items (Under This Voluntary Policy)

Under our voluntary return policy, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products marked as final sale or promotional items

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at mailuse@spryxellxit.world
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number

4.2 Shipping the Return

Once your return is approved:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Include your return authorization number
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

4.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

5.2 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: For defective products or our errors
  • Product Price: For change of mind returns (excludes original shipping)

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)
  • Products not in original condition or with minor damage

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Do not open the incorrect product
  3. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the incorrect item to be returned at our expense

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Cancellations

9.1 Before Shipping

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at mailuse@spryxellxit.world.

9.2 After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow the standard return process.

10. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes
  • Please contact us before returning international orders

11. Dispute Resolution

If you are in New Zealand and we cannot resolve a dispute about your purchase, you may be able to apply to the Disputes Tribunal (Te Kōti Whawhai) for eligible claims (generally up to $30,000). For more information, visit disputestribunal.govt.nz. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by this policy.
